Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love every purchase, but if you ever need to return an item, Charm Sydney accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Please email support@charm-sydney.com to begin the return process.
In your email, please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of any damages or defects
Returnable items must meet the following guidelines:
- Order contains all original parts and components
- Products have been handled with reasonable care
- For hygiene products, items have been thoroughly cleaned prior to return
- Defective products reported immediately with photo documentation
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process a refund within 7 business days if the return meets guidelines. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Please note, custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. And sale items must be returned in original condition with tags still attached.
**The customer is at all times responsible for the cost of returning an order.
